REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our clothing brand. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly arrange for a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
